Our pricing always includes vacuuming, pre-spotting, pre-spraying, deep cleaning and grooming.
Difficult spots and stains may cost additional, but if we have to charge more, you will always be informed ahead of time. Any extra charges would only occur if special techniques or products are need. Usually these include dye stains such as wine, Kool-aid, mustard or pet urine stains.
Light furniture moving is part of our service, encompassing items such as couches, tables, chairs, and other small, movable furniture. However, please note that we do not handle the relocation of large, oversized items like beds, entertainment centers, hutches, computer stations, antiques, pianos, or anything containing fragile items or electronic components.
We provide complimentary estimates with no charges and no obligations. Our team will assess and measure the areas you wish to have cleaned, offering you a guaranteed quote. There is absolutely no pressure or obligation to schedule the service.
The minimum charge of $129 includes cleaning for up to 300 square feet. Any additional area incurs a cost of only 38¢ per square foot.

On-site Area Rug Cleaning - $100
Our on-site area rug cleaning service offers a cost-effective alternative to having your rugs cleaned at a dedicated rug cleaning facility. With a minimum charge of $100 for up to 100 square feet, and an additional cost of $1.25 per square foot for extra area (slightly higher for natural fibers), we provide efficient and affordable cleaning solutions.

Experience the ultimate protection with our cutting edge carpet protector. This is a green approved product that keeps your carpet clean longer. Safe for people, pets, and the environment.
*An area is designated as any space measuring 100 sq ft or less. Living/Dining combo areas will be treated as 2 areas. Rooms exceeding 100 sq ft will be classified as 1½ – 2 areas, depending on size.
